Silvercreek Realty Group - Twin Falls Office Lenders

About Paul Doughty

In 2007, I founded Silvercreek Realty, pioneering a model in Idaho that gave agents the freedom to thrive with a simple $450 transaction fee and $50 monthly fee. What started as an innovative idea quickly grew into one of the nations largest and most respected independent brokerages — proof that when you put fairness, opportunity, and efficiency first, success follows.

Today, I bring that same spirit of innovation into my real estate practice through my company, Nest IQ. The real estate industry is evolving rapidly with the adoption of artificial intelligence and adaptive technology — and I believe buyers and sellers deserve an agent who not only understands these tools but knows how to use them to create real results.

For buyers, that means navigating the process more efficiently, being first to receive information and negotiating stronger terms and pricing. For sellers, it means leveraging cutting-edge digital marketing to present your property to the right audience at the right time with dynamic pricing. Simply put, I combine experience, technology, and strategy to help you achieve your goals in today’s market.

I’m proud to call the Wood River and Magic Valleys home, and I’m passionate about helping clients discover their next place to love. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a property, or investing, my focus is on delivering a modern real estate experience grounded in trust, innovation, and results.
